The Storage Media
The storage media are the data storage devices that are used in the computers to store the data. The computer has many types of data storage devices. Some of them can be classified as the removable data Storage Devices and the others as the non removable data Storage Devices.
The data Storage Devices come in many sizes and shapes. And more over the technology used for the storage of the data over them is also altogether different. The storage devices are one of the most important components of the computer system. The memory is of two types; one is the primary memory and the other one is the secondary memory.
The size of the storage media is also of importance. The size is considered in terms of the physical dimensions and also that of the memory capacity. It should be easier to transfer the data easily. As the size decreases physically the rate or the price tag shoots up. Similarly the rate is much higher in case of the size in terms of the capacity of the storage media.
The examples of storage media is Floppy Disks,Hard Disks,CD's,Memory cards,USB Flash Drives,DVD's and so on.

The terms “input” and “output” are used both as verbs to describe the process of entering or displaying the data, and as nouns referring to the data itself entered into or displayed by the computer.They are peripheral devices used for input and output.
The example of input devices are a keyboard,pointing device,mouse,touchpad,trackpoint,joystick,touchscreen and many more.While the example of output devices are the monitor,printer,and sound output.

Nowaday,computers are widely use in the society.The computers are use in education,finance,goverment,healthcare,science and many more.Computer is defined as electronic device operating under the control of instruction stored in its own memory.There are 7 categories of computers consist of personal computers,mobile computers and mobile devices,game consoles,servers,mainframes,supercomputers and embedded computers.

We can also save a lot of data and files by using a USB flash drive.It provides much greater storage capacity than a floppy disk or Zip disk.It is also small and lightweight enough to be transported on a keychain or in a pocket.If u want to store a lot more heavier and greater data,you can use a hard disk which provides greater storage capacity than a floppy disk,Zip disk,or USB flash drive.Most of it are housed inside of the system unit.
